I know not everyone will agree with me on this, but hear me out! 📢
If you’re a dance fitness instructor, odds are you’ve had your life positively impacted by dance and you’ve decided to share your passion with the world. ❤️
But what I’ve seen happen over the years is that dance fitness classes have become less dance and more aerobics.
Why is that? 🤔
I believe that it’s because we live in a world of instant gratification. We are used to getting things we want at a touch of a button and our patience is getting worse and worse.
But here’s the thing: as human beings, we need to be challenged in order to grow. It’s our nature!
This means that if your participants aren’t feeling at least somewhat challenged in your classes, they are more likely to get bored and stop attending.
By positioning your classes in a different way, where you talk about the importance of progressing from class to class and by keeping things fresh, interesting and FUN, you will find that your members will engage more, refer their friends to you more and you will see their confidence levels sky rocket!🚀
And, to me, that’s what dance is all about! It’s not just about burning as many calories as possible.
It’s about proving to yourself that you can do challenging things. It’s about keeping promises to yourself. It’s about feeling so confident that now you can chase your dreams without fear! ✨
So yes, Brazily Dance is all about spreading the unique vibe, joy and fun from Brazil with the world. But it’s SO much more than that!
It’s about empowering dance fitness instructors to be leaders in their field so that they inspire participants to step into happier, more confident versions of themselves. 🤩
