Terms and Conditions for Brazily Dance App Membership

Thank you for choosing Brazily Dance! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brazily Dance app and your subscription to our membership plans. By subscribing to Brazily Dance, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Plans and Pricing

We offer three membership plans:

Monthly Membership: USD $39, billed monthly.Quarterly Membership: USD $99, billed every three months.Semi-Annual Membership: USD $174, billed every six months.

All memberships renew automatically until canceled.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Brazily Dance to charge your payment method according to your selected plan.

Recurring Billing: Membership fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually), unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed, your access to the app may be suspended until payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Brazily Dance app or by contacting customer support at [email protected] of Cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods or unused features.

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable laws or in cases of technical issues directly attributable to Brazily Dance.

5. Changes to Membership Plans

Pricing Changes: Brazily Dance reserves the right to modify membership pricing. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes and may cancel their subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Content and Features

Access: Your subscription provides access to pre-recorded classes, step-by-step tutorials, confidence challenges, the community forum, and other features offered through the Brazily Dance app. Content Ownership: All content in the Brazily Dance app, including videos, tutorials, and challenges, is owned by Brazily Fitness Inc. You may not download, reproduce, or share content without explicit permission.

7. User Conduct

By using the Brazily Dance app, you agree:

-To use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
-To respect community guidelines and engage respectfully with other members.
-Not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

8. Account Termination

Brazily Fitness Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brazily Dance is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the app or participation in its programs. Use the app and participate in activities at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
